The FROC (Front Royal Outreach Center) is a COMMUNITY    MINISTRY that reaches into the Front Royal, Virginia area to help specifically reach those people who may be lost and without hope and who have been Forsaken, Rejected, Oppressed or Condemned.

The FROC is nothing like your Grandmother's Church. Yet, we are everyday people doing extraordinary work with the ultimate purpose of exalting our Lord Jesus Christ.
