Our History
God gave Pastor Bill the vision to provide a center where local area churches and God’s people who are passionate in reaching the lost souls of the world can come together and grow into a strong and powerful army for God; bringing compassion and love to the town of Front Royal.
The Front Royal Outreach Center (The FROC) was established in 2007 when Robin and I pursued several local ministries, the House of Hope being one of them. As a result, we began a weekly small Bible Study in one of Front Royal’s restaurants, which ultimately led to ministering
to the inmates at the Warren County Jail in early 2008.
The FROC has reached and won over 50 souls to Jesus Christ in the jail system alone, over the course of 2008.
For the first time in the jail’s history there have been two baptism services within the walls of confinement. The FROC has also provided the Lord’s Supper several times for both the men and the women inside.
The FROC’s growth has be deliberate and focused in seeking out those who are desperate for God’s love and relationship.
